Track Your Order

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, provided all of the items are in stock. If we are unable to fulfill the order within 24 business hours, we will contact you via email to let you know the status of your order.

To track your order:
Go to My Account
Click the "Order Details" link for the order you wish to track.
You will see a list of items ordered above the billing and shipping information.
Find the tracking number and shipping company for the item you wish to track.
Copy the tracking number.
Return to the Order Tracking page
Paste the tracking number into the appropriate shipping company box.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please email or online message
to us. We will be happy to help you locate your order.

Shipping  Information

We work with all carriers however our experience has shown that the most economical method is via the TNT Express. The TNT offers International Express and Global Priority . We suggest that you allow us to select the most economical method. We also work with Fedex、Ups and DHL express. 

Freight Payment Terms:  Freight Prepaid and paid by consignee.

Returns Policy

Requests for returns or refunds must meet the policy requirements below, and follow the requested process practices. These enable us to serve you efficiently and offer you the best pricing, and service possible. will exchange or refund any product returned to us within 30 days.

All merchandise must be returned to us in salable condition, please pack and ship your order accordingly. We recommend shipping via an insured carrier such as UPS, or FedEx Priority Mail. Hold onto the tracking number they provide for your shipment. does not accept liability for returns that are lost or arrive to us damaged. This Return Form MUST be included with your return. 
Please note that merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. If a UPS or FedEx shipment is refused by the receiver and sent back to us, the cost of the return shipping  will be omitted from the refund. does not refund original shipping charges on returns.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, this includes the original order, any return shipments, package rerouting and any exchanges.
